Shepherd's Pie(click for link to Food Network recipe)
Oh my, its Shepherd's Pie.
And it was delicious.
I had a batch of mashed potatoes in the freezer from Thanksgiving and this was the perfect use for them!
I skipped the lamb part and substituted white corn for the carrots and peas, for the kids sake... and mine. :)
Definitely a keeper.
